My opinion too, but only one picture is usually insufficient for Muscidae. Hedy, if you can, please try to take 2-3 views if you want get an ID. For example, this one could have the typical spots on abdomen that could confirm

Unfortunately indeed I have just one picture of one position, because many flies don't wish to wait,
until I'm ready, but want to fly away as soon as I'm coming...:|
Sometimes I even have to see at home which fly I saw...:)
...but I'm always trying my utmost...
