Muscidae. Perhaps Helina?

My opinion too, but only one picture is usually insufficient for Muscidae. Hedy, if you can, please try to take 2-3 views if you want get an ID. For example, this one could have the typical spots on abdomen that could confirm Helina, but alas, they are not visible one this unique picture.

Hello Stephen and Stephane,

Thank you for you reactions!
Unfortunately indeed I have just one picture of one position, because many flies don't wish to wait,
until I'm ready, but want to fly away as soon as I'm coming...:|
Sometimes I even have to see at home which fly I saw...:)

...but I'm always trying my utmost...

Regards,
Hedy
