Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Spotty winged fly, Geomyza tripunctata? CONFIRMED

This is my first attempt at IDing a fly using this site...

I think this may be Opomyzidae, Geomyza tripunctata.
Am I right, and if so, can we tell from this picture if it's a male or a female, please?

Geomyza tripunctata indeed! From this picture I cannot tell you whether it's a male or a female.
