Could someone help me identifying these Tephritis?
The photo (author: Fran Vives) was made near Valencia, Spain, on 20.4.2010.

I think you may need top-down views to identify this one. Still, to me something about it recalls Tephritis vespertina which I gather you have. I wouldn't go putting any credence behind my suggestion though, as the photo doesn't really show the salient points needed (in my opinion).
