It looks like Mycetophilidae to me. Note R-M not directly in line with R5, fork of Cu past midwing, fork of M much longer than stem, no eye bridge.

When Johns says, Mycetophilidae, he will be right. I am no expert. Thought, I could reply this time instead of only asking all the time ;), but I better should have shut up...
