Could you see all of characters of Chloropidae in it? Do you have another angles? :)

Hello Sara and Paul,

I have just this one picture and I thought it maybe a Chloropidae because of the green eyes.
If you say Ephydridae I think it matches better to the form of the head of this fly.

I have only this picture, so it'll be hard to determine it and I'm already happy to know it's Hydrellia spec.
