Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Hybomitra cf. bimaculata (Tabanidae)

Hello,

I took the picture of this fly in summer in northern Germany,
It looks to me like a member of the Tabanidae family.
Is it possible to determine the genus and species?

Well, I think it is Tabanus bovinus ...
