Hello, I found this fly dead in the water of a pound in the north of Morocco, in the rif, about 1700 meters above the sea, in a forest of Cedrus atlantica and Abies maroccana.
Does anyone know the family, subfamily, tribe, genus or specie?

But I never seen this species.

Thanks a lot Igor, there is not photos on internet for confirm the determination, but I will put this name in this specimen.
