Interesting beak! Please help ID
Inspection of the high resolution version of this image shows 15 to 16 antenna segments.

Maybe some Geranomyia (Limoniidae, Limoniinae). Long rostrum is characteristic.

Of 11 spp. of Geranomyia recorded from Colombia so far only G. eurygramma Alexander, 1928 (Ann. ent. Soc. Am. 21: 107) has general colouration green; this is quite probably just a teneral female though (and no. of species might be times bigger).
