Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Agromyzidae? ID assistance please

Found in Johannesburg area, South Africa. Very small, 3-4mm at most. Seems to have a metallic golden coloured abdomen. Found on dahlia petals. Observed in Nov/Dec.
