Hello!
Sorry for the bad picture quality. Can at least the genus be determined? The fly measured only about 2.5 mm. At light in garden (northwest Germany).

There are not many genera with combination of yellow antenna at base and 1st segment of hind tarsus longer than 2nd. I guess it is
Xanthochlorus.

Chrysotimus is smaller, having strictly parallel R and M veins. I've just identified
X. galbanus from Kaliningrad. I think Juergen snapped
X. ornatus.
