Hello,
this photo is from last april from a coastland in south east Sicily. Is this Sicus ferrugineus? Or are there similar species and I should let it be Sicus sp.? As length I wrote down estimated 8mm.

Sicus are hard to identify. I only know about the key Stuke 2002, which uses only the theca. Thus only females can be identified. You will have to have photo's of the theca or the specimen collected if you'd want it identified.
