Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Phyto melanocephala?

Photographed in the Netherlands, 24-11-2011. Bergen (N.H.)
I think Phyto melanocephala. I know there are similar species in the family Rhinophoridae. But I thought Phyto melanocephala has no lookalikes. Is that correct? Isn't it very late in the year?
