Blondelia nigripes(female) is correct? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 700 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 16.07.2010.

I think if the tachinid looks really anonymous and you have ruled out everything else then the only thing it can be is
Blondelia nigripes! :D
But seriously, is there any particular combination of features you looked for Theo?

There are no apical scutellar bristles, so that rules out most of Eryciini / Goniini. The eyes are bare.
The wing venation is peculiar ,in the sense that the apical vein is nearly straight.
But, it is no more than 'looks like it'
