I am 98% sure I know this one, but I don't want to spoil it for the for the many Tachinidologists on this site.

Change the subject to Tachinidae to attract their attention.

Ectophasia probably (crassipennis) male ... but where in the world was the photo taken? ;)

Yes, it is an Ectophasia, could not tell the species
Crassipennis obviously is the default choice in Central Poland.
