I am 98% sure I know this one, but I don't want to spoil it for the for the many Tachinidologists on this site.
Change the subject to Tachinidae to attract their attention.

Ectophasia probably (
crassipennis) male ... but where in the world was the photo taken? ;)

Yes, it is an Ectophasia, could not tell the species
Crassipennis obviously is the default choice in Central Poland.
