Muscidae ?
Eudasyphora ?
Not easy these green flies !

According to Fauna europaea, in Belgium the choice is between
E. cyanella and
E. cyanicolor.
I don't know the differences between these two species.

I think I can see the eyes are haired which would imply this is E. cyanella.

On original, bigger, pictures I don't see hairs on the eyes.
But the quality of this pictures is not enough to conclude, unfortunately.
