Doesn't look like a Tachinid. Maybe a Muscid fly?

My impression is Hydrophoria lancifer (Anthomyiidae).

Thank you Stephane. I think you are right. I had never taken a picture of this fly from this angle. Moreover the fly had the wings widely open, which is not usual for this fly, I think. The colour is a little different also, greyisher.
