Can someone suggest a diagnosis please? 6 mm long. All veins reach wing margin. Wings yellow at base. Femora orange/brown darkening on dorsal and ventral surfaces. Relation between thoracic stripes and rows of ac/dc bristles difficult to interpret owing to shifting patterns. Face dusted immediately below antennae but shining black in lower half. Row of small slightly pennate hairs on apical third of mid and hind femora. Hair-clusters on side of prosternum and extreme lower rear eye margin yellow. Abdomen black, dusted. Terminalia deeply bifurcate, bristles inclined 60 degrees except for terminal pair at 90 degrees (ventral view shown).
