Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Heleomyzidae (?) from 29.10.11: small, unknown --> Sphaeroceridae (cf. Sphaerocera curvipes)

Hello!

Sorry, I did not manage to take better pictures :|. I am not even sure about the family. About 4 mm, at light in garden (northwest Germany).

Thanks, Paul! I think, it were the light legs, why I did not think of Sphaeroceridae. I always bear them in mind as small, almost overall black or dark brown flies... But I already had Sphaerocera curvipes with yellowish legs (at least the females).
