Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Is this a Diptera?

I was goin to post it in other insects as I didnt think it was a Dipteran, but posting is disabled in there for now. Anyway these were spooted outside near the lamp at night, and are really small, with wings folded steeply over the back so that from the side they look like a triangle shaped tent. They look a little like the whitefly you find in greenhouses but i think theyre smaller. And not white. Cant find them in my Collins guide so have no idea where to start. Psocid?

No, alternata has black spots at the tips of the wing veins.
