In American Syrphidae M always intersects R5 before the wing margin. I don't know whether that is true in Europe.

This fly looks superficially like Cochliomyia (Calliphoridae), but that is a New World genus and primarily tropical.

Hallo. Now this Stomorhina lunata confirmed as a new record for Sweden. Looks lika there are two early records in Fennoscandinavia, one record in Bornholm, Danmark, 16/9-09 and in Finland year 1844!!!

So thanks again for ID!
