A small fly observed mid-june in Parc national du Bic (Québec). 4 mm approx.
Not even an idea of the family...

Nor does Diptera.info, but Bugguide does have a copula and a small aggregation of feeding flies.

I can take a hint, so I submitted it, such as it is, for the gallery.
As there doesn't seem to be an option for "no family" , I loaded it for the album empididae...
