Coastal area in southern Spain

Photograph taken on October, 20, 2011, in the bathroom of my home, urban areas in Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Approximate size, no antennae or tails 2 mm

It is more or less what Megaselia scalaris looks like but I am not certain it is that species.

Is there any particular expert specializing in Phoridae ...?
