As a newbie, tried to follow "A key to the families of British Diptera", on this this common(?) fly found in the house. I canīt decide if vein 4 is sharply bent, or gently curved :@
Help needed:)
If someone will(can) Id the species, I will try to walk my way through the keys.

Thx in advance

Leif

It is gently bent.
Waiting for the photo of the complete fly I bet on Muscina stabulans.

It usually prefers the legs/ankles, you're unlucky.
