Coastal area in southern Spain
Photograph taken on October, 09, 2011, on the mirror in my bathroom, in Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Approximate size, or tails 2 mm

I don't think this is Scaptomyza. At least, it is not one of the three species as mentioned in Fauna Europaea for Spain.

I don't go any further than Drosophilidae based on just this image.
