Hi, not even the genus can be named! these are impossible to determine without a specimen. Sorry :(

pwalter -- Separating genera other than
Simulium is difficult. Genus
Simulium can often be determined from photos.
This shows short R cell, apparently absent basal M cell, white banded tibiae, marked scutum, and marked abdomen. In North America only a few subgenera of
Simulium show that combination.
