Could anyone help identifying this Limoniidae? It was found yesterday in Yerseke, the Netherlands. I have problems in identifying it, because R1 seems to turn down in crossvein r??:o So i can't find the subfamily. It is about 4,5 mm in length.

Dicranomyia (Melanolimonia) morio, male. Structure of the hypopygium, although not clearly seen, and yellow bands in the abdomen are distinctive. This is not very rare in S Finland, in swamps (both fresh and brackish) and rich fens. Occasional specimens also from northern Finland.
