Yes, it's a female anthomyiid. Can you see whether the arista is plumose? If yes, it should be Hylemya vagans.

Hello Stephen,

It is impossible to see it from the picture, but the fly looks like Hylemya vagans. If we make it Hylemya cf vagans, I think it's OK...?

To be pedantic, I suppose the cf should come before Hylemya - but I don't think the sky will fall in if we just leave it out :D
