Hi,
Recently I saw this Muscid on a window pane. It shows the "Phaonia bristle", and from overall habit my guess is Phaonia, but I am not able to find a species name. Help is appreciated!
Thanks, Sundew

Oh, oh - It's not the first time that I take Thricops for Phaonia; I am quite embarrassed :S. However, my former T. simplex (http://www.dipter...d_id=20127) differed in colour, as its abdomen was much yellower, whereas its "shoulders" were not so yellow. Therefore this one did not ring a bell. Many thanks, Stephane!
