Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Small black Muscidae (?) from 03.09.11

Hello!

I found these 4.5 mm (male) to 6 mm (female) flies in the low vegetation at a forest path (northwest Germany). Could it be Hydrotaea diabolus (would be a new one for me)?
