Difficult group, and I was told that it would be hard to reach genus level.

around Protomiltogramma sp. (at least the first photo..)
HMM... these flies seems to be different... the last photo doesn't show a very acute abdomen.. strange..

Checked the two photos, Jorge.
No doubt it's the same specimen: same flower and 2 seconds difference between shots.

Must be some strange optical effect. Same thing with Philippe moniotte's P. fasciata: http://diptera.info/photogallery.php?album_id=65&rowstart=30
