Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tephritidae (Sicilia) -> Acanthiophilus helianthi

Hello,

this Tephritidae is from last april from the south east of Sicilia. It seemed to be interested in some Centaurea sphaerocephala plants. What is it?

Is this Acanthiophilus helianthi too? It's another specimen from the same location.

Yes. No other similar species in that area.
