Thread subject: Diptera.info :: small, black, shiny - Piophilidae

Hi,
This small fly I saw in Rudolstadt, Thuringia, on a window pane some weeks ago. My only idea is "maybe a Psilid", but I feel very uncertain. Help is greatly appreciated!

Oh - a family I'm not familiar with! So perhaps Prochyliza spec.?
