Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Anthomyiidae: Emmesomyia socia

These were among the many flies blown out of the trees in the autumn wind. I've identified the male specimen as E. socia, but can't be sure that it is the individual in the live photo. How safe would it be to assume that all these individuals (found together) are of the same species?
