Is this a Notiphila aquatica...?

It is not N. aquatica because this fly has black 2-3 antennal segments and heigher cheeks.
It is Notiphila brunipes (Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830) - all legs completely black, antennal segments 2-3 black and face brightly shining B)
