Could someone help me identifying these Tephritid?

The photo (author: Jose Carrillo) was made in Lorca, Murcia, Spain, on 29.5.2011.

Here is another determination of O. falcata which seemingly is not totally in accordance with the characters given by Merz (1994).. (see my comment above in another thread).

I have some doubts on Severin's ID, first of all because of accumulation of new data on the falcata-like species from Spain (John Smit's MS paper on barcoding), it looks like my Orellia tragopogonis Korneyev, 2003, might have more variable wing pattern, from entirely separated crossbands 3 and 4 to partly or entirely fused like here. I think that accumulation of more fresh, frozen or 96% alco stored material from Spain is badly needed to see if there is just falcata (a stem-boring species) and such a variable tragopogonis (flower-head species) or also the third unknown cryptic species poorly different from both but from mtDNA also present.
