Can someone identify this Empis for me? 30-08-2011, Yerseke, the Netherlands. I thought about a very dark Empis livida??

Empis livida; dark because it is wet (or fatty).

Thanks for the confirmation. I caught it when it was raining, so that should have been the reason.
