A 4 mm fly from our garden ((northwest Germany). I don't know where to put...

Thanks. I was indeed also wondering, if this was Muscidae. Unfortunately the wings are damaged at the end, and I thought they were broken at the bent M-vein (see arrow below).

M-vein is a bit wavy as we can see in some Muscidae. ;)
and there are not much tachinids with this kind of infuscation on the wings.
