Very interesting - one for Theo I think :) Do you have more photos? My guess would be Chrysosomopsis aurata or something close.

I suggest changing the thread titles to attract the experts ;)

This most certainly is Chrysosomopsis.
I'm bound to publish a review of the European species shortly, since there is a second, cryptic species.
In this work, I think I mention Ch. aurata for the first time for Serbia.

It would be great to check this specimen for the cryptic species !

I have not collected.
I'm just a photographer,and Diptera photograpn for an Exhibition.
I look forward to the first record in Serbia,and certainly publish.

C.aurata the flower is a lunch,a strong wind blowing,so the picture worse.
