Macquartia tenebricosa(female) is the correct name? Thank you very much. Slovak Republik, Terchová region on the Malá Fatra, approximately 700 m above sea level 24.08.2011.

Yes, I have been catching a lot of male Meigenia majuscula recently. Of course these are male-genitalia only jobs though ;)

I don't think Chris said this is majuscula and I don't think it is (the eyes seem bare)
