This Mycetophilidae with a black band on its wing I found on Heracleum sphondylium in Yerseke, the Netherlands. Is identification to genus possible?

Are there any characteristics I could check for this species?

Its female I think yes? so no not really
nigricornis and
fasciata quite difficult to tell apart as they vary often in colouration.

This doesn't look like Keroplatidae to me -- no connection between M and Cu, base of M not weak -- more like Sciophilinae (cf.
Greenomyia).

Yes John is dead right, I think I need my eyes checked....sorry about that! The habitus is very
Orfelia-like when I glanced but its definitely not even a Keroplatid :o:P right glasses on now B)
