Phasia hemiptera (male) is the correct name? Thank you very much. Slovak Republik, Terchová region on the Malá Fatra, approximately 700 m above sea level 19.08.2011.

Yes to hemiptera - orange hairs on thorax but this is the female. The structure at the end of the abdomen is for laying eggs directly into its Heteropteran host.
