Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tiny midge - Cecidomyiidae?

Hi,
In July I saw this tiny, long-legged nematoceran fly in a small southern Brandenburgian town. I suppose it belongs to Cecidomyiidae and in this case cannot be determined to genus (at least these are my experiences with former threads!). Can all other families be ruled out indeed as to hairy wings and scarce wing venation?
Thanks in advance, Sundew

It seems to have the reduced first tarsomere of the common subfamilies of Cecidomyiidae. I don't know what else it could be.
