Can anyone ID this tiny fly? Looks like a hover, but it is only about 5mm long.
Found in my garden on Cow Parsley (or similar) flower.
Location, North Yorkshire, UK

Wing pattern and spots on the thorax seem to match Chaetorellia jaceae:
