Hi,
from my malaise today. It's dried from alcohol, so it may look a bit too dark. My bells are not ringing for some reason ... August 15. 2011 Helsinki, Finland

I have found such this species before in my collection too, but I couldn't know.... :S:)

Must be
Diastata costata. A good diagnostic character for the family Diastatidae are the little bristles on the C-vein resembling those of Heleomyzidae.
And this species has a darkened costal part of wing.
