Can the family, genus and species be identifiable?

On 12th August 2011, in an acid pond surrounded by Pinus uncinata forest. Despite being in my arm it doesn't look like one of the common muscids attracted by human smell. Aran valley, middle-eastern Pyrenees.

Thanks

Nice photo :) but please use different titles on each thread so that they can be distinguished in the 'new posts' page :)

Thanks to both. Chris, I can change the titles once that at least the family is identified, not befiore. KWQ, could be, but looks strange! Habitat is alpine and most probably is a boreal species than a southern one - unless is endemic to Pyrenees.
