I photographed this Bombyliidae in a field in the north-east of Portugal on the 9th of August this year.

I believe it is a Villa sp. - could somebody please confirm this.

Also, even though I know it's very difficult if not impossible to id Villa sp. from a photo, if anyone happens to know the species aswell that would be great.
