Erikas, I hope you are right with Peleteria ruficornis.
I found a thread in the Forum whitch shows the species from the Balearic Islands, Spain. It would be interesting, even if the fly would occur in Switzerland.

Erikas is right and this species has already been recorded for Switzerland, so it is not new (check www.faunaeur.org)

But still a nice record !
