Tachinidae is clear for me,
Tachina magnicornis ? - big 12-15 mm fly, Poland Toruń region pictures from today August 5th. On
Solidago virga aurea

The front legs look a bit dark and the frons looks wide so I would suggest checking
T.magnicornis ;)
