Tephritis vespertina. Most Tephritis species emerge in September and overwinter as adults, oftem under fallen leaves ore anywhere they have a chance to survive. They are usually very fat and stand up to -10 degrees C or even more; they can wake in warmer days at +5-+10C in the winter and walk here and there.
