Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Episyrphus balteatus

This photograph was taken in the north-east of Portugal during the summer of 2010.
I believe it is Episyrphus balteatus (Syrphidae) - could someone please confirm this?

I apologise for the poor quality of the photograph.
